The Localization Web Developer at NinjaOne will support international Marketing teams by ensuring high-quality localization across multilingual audiences, focusing on quality assurance for the company's homepage in 9+ target languages. Reporting to the Localization Team Lead, this role combines CMS expertise with localization practices to enhance user experience and support marketing goals in a fast-paced, scaling environment.
What You'll Do
- Execute website LQA: Ensure UI looks good, assets and links are localized, SEO and URLs are adapted to target regions, and all localization best practices are followed for every published page.
- Own part in the localization workflow: Prioritize work, follow up on tasks, collaborate with stakeholders, request translations, and execute LQA strategy across the website.
- Ensure seamless communication and collaboration with regional marketing teams and the US team to understand needs and find scalable solutions.
- Solve localization problems in a high-volume environment by combining knowledge of CAT tools, translation processes, and CMS functionality.
- Identify root causes of issues and drive cross-departmental solutions considering SEO, Content, Paid, Design, and other teams' needs.
- Perform other duties as needed.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of programming experience with JavaScript, HTML and CSS.
- Strong organizational skills: Ability to multitask and deliver outstanding service to various stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Project management skills to keep track of work and focus on current tasks.
- Documentation mindset: Ability to document problems and fixes reliably and systematically.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Nice to Have
- Bachelor's degree in technology (distinct advantage, though not mandatory).
- Experience with WordPress.
- Other CMS experience and/or experience with WPML.
- Knowledge of CAT tools (memoQ).
- Experience with project management processes.
- Proficiency in at least one other language like French or German.
