Cyclomedia Technology is hiring a Local Government Account Executive - Northeast US

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate and grow market share within local government sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in local government.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the local government market.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and projects are delivered successfully.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and forecast sales accurately.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with local government entities.
  • Provide regular updates on sales activities and performance to management.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and stay updated on market trends.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the technology solutions offered.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Ensure compliance with all sales policies and procedures.
  • Participate in sales training and development programs.
  • Contribute to the development of sales strategies and tactics.
  • Provide feedback and insights to improve sales processes and tools.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and performance.
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop targeted campaigns for local government clients.
  • Leverage CRM tools to manage and track sales activities.
  • Stay informed about competitors and market dynamics.
  • Provide excellent customer service to build long-term relationships.
  • Work closely with the technical team to understand product features and benefits.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual targets.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify new opportunities.
