Gramian Consultancy is seeking a Computational Physics PhD or PhD candidate to contribute to LLM training by crafting and solving complex scientific programming challenges. In this highly analytical role, you will leverage your research background to develop original problems and ensure the accuracy and logical coherence of computational solutions.
What You'll Do
- Develop and conceptualize original, research-grade or graduate-level scientific problems involving coding, specifically using Python.
- Rigorously define problem categories, secondary tags, and assign appropriate difficulty levels.
- Solve formulated problems using sound principles, ensuring absolute accuracy, reliability, and logical coherence of the solution path.
- Actively participate in two-tier reviews, meticulously evaluating both the accuracy of problems and their solutions.
- Collaborate effectively with reviewers and team leads, proactively incorporating feedback and refining content to enhance overall quality.
What We're Looking For
- PhD or PhD candidate in Computational Physics.
- Has published at least 1 peer-reviewed paper.
- Advanced proficiency in Python programming for scientific coding.
- Excellent analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for clear documentation and effective collaboration.
