Pavago's client is hiring a LinkedIn Ads Specialist

Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize LinkedIn advertising campaigns to maximize engagement and conversions.
  • Conduct audience research and segmentation to ensure accurate and effective targeting.
  • Manage campaign budgets, pacing, and bid strategies.
  • Build high-performing sales funnels designed for B2B buyer journeys.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to align ad strategy with lead conversion processes.
  • Strengthen lead generation flows and improve ROI.
  • Track KPIs, build reports, and use insights to optimize campaign performance.
  • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copy, audiences, and landing pages.
  • Refine targeting and messaging based on data.
  • Work with designers, content creators, and sales teams to develop effective ad creatives.
  • Guide creative direction based on performance data.
  • Stay up to date on LinkedIn Ads platform updates, digital marketing trends, and best practices.
  • Recommend new ideas and strategies to remain competitive.

Requirements

  • 3+ years managing LinkedIn Ads campaigns (preferably B2B)
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, funnels, and buyer journey mapping
  • Analytical skills with proven experience improving campaign performance
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, and CRM tools
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (preferred)

Nice to Have

  • Experience with account-based marketing (ABM)
  • Background in SaaS or B2B service companies
  • Ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Experience scaling paid acquisition strategies
