We're seeking dedicated professionals to serve as remote Life Insurance Benefits Advisors, supporting union members and their families across Tennessee and Georgia. In this role, you'll conduct virtual meetings with individuals who have proactively requested information about their benefits, guiding them through available life insurance and supplemental coverage options.
What You’ll Do
- Host virtual appointments with union members interested in learning about their benefit options
- Clearly explain life insurance and supplemental plans tailored to each family’s needs
- Assist eligible individuals with enrollment and answer follow-up questions
- Build lasting relationships based on trust, clarity, and service
- Maintain active life insurance licensing in Tennessee and non-resident status in Georgia
What We’re Looking For
- Must be a U.S. resident
- Strong communication skills and a professional approach
- Ability to stay organized and self-directed while working remotely
- Willingness to learn through structured training and ongoing support
- Current or willingness to obtain a life insurance license—we cover licensing assistance
Preferred Background
- Experience in customer service, sales, skilled trades, military service, public service, or union-affiliated roles
