The Weatherspoon Agency is hiring a Life Insurance Benefits Advisor – Remote (Tennessee)

Responsibilities

  • Provide expert guidance on life insurance benefits to clients.
  • Assist clients in selecting appropriate life insurance plans.
  • Evaluate client needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
  • Process and manage life insurance applications and renewals.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and insurance policies.
  • Collaborate with underwriters and other team members to ensure smooth policy issuance.
  • Address client inquiries and resolve any issues related to life insurance.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and regulatory changes affecting life insurance.
  • Conduct regular policy reviews to ensure clients' needs are met.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Prepare and submit reports on client interactions and policy statuses.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations governing life insurance.
  • Provide ongoing support and education to clients on life insurance benefits.
  • Participate in training and development activities to enhance knowledge and skills.
  • Contribute to the development of marketing materials and promotional strategies.
  • Assist in the development of new insurance products and services.
  • Participate in client outreach and engagement activities.
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve overall client experience.
