Responsibilities
- Guide Florida residents through life insurance options tailored to their needs
- Conduct phone-based client consultations to assess coverage requirements
- Explain policy details including benefits, exclusions, and financial implications
- Assist clients in completing application forms accurately and efficiently
- Follow up on underwriting requests and documentation submissions
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of available insurance products and regulations
- Ensure compliance with state-specific insurance laws and company protocols
- Document client interactions and update records in the agency system
- Respond to client inquiries about policy status and next steps
- Collaborate with underwriting partners to resolve case-specific issues
- Support clients through the entire enrollment lifecycle
- Identify client needs through structured needs analysis techniques
- Present multiple policy options with transparent cost and coverage comparisons
- Schedule follow-up discussions to address unanswered questions
- Provide post-sale support during policy issuance and activation
- Track daily activity metrics and report progress to management
- Adhere to ethical sales practices and fiduciary standards
- Manage time effectively to meet service and enrollment targets
- Participate in weekly team meetings and performance reviews
- Stay current with changes in tax implications and insurance regulations
Requirements
- Valid Florida life insurance license or ability to obtain within 30 days
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- At least one year of experience in insurance, financial services, or sales
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Clear and professional communication skills
- Ability to explain complex topics in simple terms
- Reliable high-speed internet connection for remote work
