Gotham Enterprises Ltd is hiring a Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LCSW, LMHC) to provide accessible, high-quality care to clients across Indiana. In this fully remote role, you will deliver structured, personalized therapy through a secure online platform, focusing on individual and group sessions.
What You'll Do
- Conduct behavioral health evaluations and develop personalized treatment goals
- Offer individual and group teletherapy sessions to clients across Indiana
- Maintain thorough clinical notes and documentation within the EHR system
- Coordinate care with other healthcare providers as needed
- Customize treatment plans to reflect each client’s specific goals
What We're Looking For
- Active LMFT, LCSW, or LMHC license in the state of Indiana
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Family Therapy
- Familiarity with telehealth platforms and virtual care delivery
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Self-starter with a strong clinical foundation
Benefits & Compensation
- Salary: $100,000 - $110,000
