Responsibilities
- Participate in the integrated care team model at OMH
- Work as part of an interdisciplinary health care team including physicians, psychiatric nurse practitioners, licensed clinical psychologists, and licensed mental health professionals
- Customize care for each patient
- Determine frequency and duration of patient sessions
- Perform individual psychotherapy
- Perform family therapy as needed
- Perform group therapy as needed
- Conduct psychological testing as appropriate
- Focus on patient care without on-call responsibilities
- Provide clinical care and complete documentation following treatment sessions
- Allow back-office support team to handle billing, collections, and credentialing
Requirements
- Completion of an accredited program
- Certification and licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Professional (LPC/LMFT/LCSW/LMHC) in the state of Georgia
- Ability to practice independently in Georgia
Nice to Have
- Licensure in the state(s) of Massachusetts and Colorado
Compensation
45K - 65K+ per year
