Responsibilities
- Requesting and retrieving medical documents and records, including follow-ups with medical offices and providers
- Utilizing case management software and legal tools to support workers’ compensation matters
- Maintaining organized and accurate healthcare documentation for legal cases
- Supporting U.S.-based law firm workflows and adapting to firm-specific processes
- Ensuring high reliability and attention to detail in all administrative tasks
- Escalating issues promptly and collaborating with team members to resolve challenges
Requirements
- Must be available to work full-time during US business hours (8:00 am - 5:00 pm PST, Monday to Friday)
- Must have a legal studies background
- Must be detail-oriented
- Must be able to work independently while maintaining high reliability standards
Compensation
$900 - $1,300 USD
