Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze logistics performance across 3PL partners, carriers, and distribution networks
• Track delivery performance, transit times, exception rates, and SLA compliance
• Investigate and resolve operational issues such as delivery delays, lost shipments, carrier exceptions, and freight claims
• Manage freight documentation including Bills of Lading (BOL), Proof of Delivery (POD), and shipment records
• Coordinate with carriers, freight brokers, and warehouse partners to resolve shipment issues and improve operational efficiency
• Support compliance monitoring for Amazon fulfillment metrics such as OTDR and delivery performance
• Maintain and update reporting dashboards and operational data used by leadership for decision-making
• Analyze freight costs, duties, and landed cost drivers to support cost visibility and operational planning
• Monitor compliance risks and ensure adherence to logistics processes across the 3PL network
• Identify operational inefficiencies and support continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Must be available to work full-time during U.S. business hours (PST, CST, or EST)
• Must work Monday to Friday
• Must work a 9-hour shift with 8 productive hours per day
• Shift must fall within the 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM timeframe depending on team alignment

Compensation

USD $1,200 - $1,800/month

• Work schedule is aligned with U.S. business hours (PST, CST, or EST)
• Shift duration is 9 hours per day, including 8 productive hours
• Position is remote but requires availability during specified U.S. time windows
