About the Role

The Licensed Mental Health Professional will deliver mental health services to clients, utilizing a variety of therapeutic approaches. This role involves conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing individual, group, and family therapy. The professional will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct mental health assessments and evaluations.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.
  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.
  • Participate in case conferences and team meetings.
  • Provide crisis intervention and support as needed.
  • Educate clients and families about mental health conditions and treatment options.
  • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
  • Adhere to ethical and legal standards in the provision of mental health services.
  • Maintain confidentiality and privacy of client information.

  • Provide supervision and support to less experienced staff members.
  • Conduct outreach and community education programs.
