Responsibilities
- Conduct mental health assessments and develop treatment plans for clients.
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions via telehealth.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
- Document client progress and maintain accurate records.
- Participate in regular supervision and training sessions.
- Adhere to ethical guidelines and legal standards in mental health practice.
- Offer evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
- Coordinate care with other healthcare providers as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality and privacy of client information.
- Provide crisis intervention and support as required.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
- Engage in ongoing professional development activities.
- Facilitate support groups and psychoeducational workshops.
- Conduct intake assessments and orientation sessions for new clients.
- Develop and implement discharge plans for clients.
- Provide consultation and support to family members and caregivers.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of treatment plans.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.
- Provide culturally sensitive and inclusive care.
- Offer psychoeducation to clients and their families.
- Maintain a caseload within the scope of practice and licensure.
