About the Role

The Account Manager will nurture existing client relationships, implement growth strategies, and ensure clients derive maximum value from the platform through consistent engagement and data-informed planning.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee a portfolio of client accounts to ensure long-term success
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with client goals
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services
  • Serve as primary point of contact for client communications
  • Monitor account health and proactively address potential risks
  • Coordinate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions
  • Track and report on key performance metrics for assigned accounts
  • Renew contracts and manage negotiation processes
  • Gather client feedback to inform product and service improvements
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
  • Drive adoption of platform features through targeted outreach
  • Support onboarding of new clients when necessary
  • Respond to client inquiries with timely and effective solutions
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape
  • Participate in regular forecasting and pipeline reviews
  • Collaborate with marketing on client engagement campaigns
  • Escalate technical or operational issues to appropriate teams
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews with key accounts
