About the Role
This position involves delivering clinical therapy services remotely to clients across Ohio, with an emphasis on assessment, treatment planning, and evidence-based interventions within an integrated care model.
Responsibilities
- Deliver individual and family therapy using established clinical methods
- Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments
- Develop and update treatment plans aligned with client goals
- Maintain accurate and timely electronic health records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Adhere to ethical standards and state licensing requirements
- Engage in ongoing clinical documentation and progress notes
- Respond to client communications within defined timeframes
- Participate in team meetings and case reviews
- Follow protocols for crisis intervention and risk assessment
- Coordinate care with primary health providers when applicable
- Support client engagement and retention in treatment
- Utilize telehealth platforms securely and effectively
- Stay current with clinical best practices
- Comply with HIPAA and confidentiality regulations
