Brave Health is looking for a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our mission-driven team. In this role, you will provide critical outpatient mental health services through our telehealth program, helping to expand access to compassionate, high-quality care.
What You'll Do
- Provide outpatient mental health services via telehealth
- Develop and implement treatment plans for patients
- Utilize comprehensive assessments to guide care
- Work in partnership with clients to achieve their goals
What We're Looking For
- Master's level degree and licensure (LMFT)
- Eligibility to work in the United States
- A private work-from-home space for patient safety and HIPAA compliance
- Fluency in English
- Meets background/regulatory requirements
- Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis
Nice to Have
- Fluency in Spanish (additional compensation offered)
- Proficiency in other languages

Benefits & Compensation
- $3,000 sign-on bonus
- Compensation: $69k-$76k base plus bonus

- Team works 100% remotely from home
- Monday-Friday schedule; No weekends
- Shift options: 9am-6pm or 10am-7pm CT
