About the Role
This position requires a licensed agent to engage with pre-qualified leads, guide clients through life insurance options, and close policies remotely. Success depends on strong communication and sales follow-through.
Responsibilities
- Contact prospective clients using leads supplied by the company
- Explain life insurance products and coverage options clearly
- Assess client needs to recommend suitable policies
- Complete applications and ensure accurate documentation
- Follow up with clients to answer questions and address concerns
- Maintain compliance with state insurance regulations
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
- Schedule and conduct phone-based client meetings
- Stay current on product updates and underwriting guidelines
- Provide support during the underwriting and policy issuance process
- Track all client interactions in the CRM system
- Maintain professional communication standards
- Resolve client objections with factual information
- Coordinate with back-office staff for policy processing
- Uphold confidentiality of client information
- Renew state insurance license as required
- Participate in regular performance reviews
- Adhere to ethical sales practices
- Report sales activity on a weekly basis
- Utilize training resources to improve performance
