We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker to provide high-quality mental health services remotely. In this role, you will conduct comprehensive assessments, establish diagnoses, and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to client needs. You will deliver therapy through telehealth or in-person sessions, supported by a collaborative clinical team committed to accessible, client-centered care.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess, diagnose, and manage mental health conditions while creating and updating treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including session notes and progress updates, in compliance with organizational standards
- Collaborate with clients, families, medical providers, educators, and other professionals to coordinate care
- Engage in creative, goal-oriented therapeutic interventions to support client progress
- Submit required documentation for each session according to established protocols
- Attend clinical meetings, trainings, and supervision sessions as scheduled
- For full-time roles, maintain a minimum of 32 weekly hours dedicated to direct patient care
Qualifications
Candidates must hold a Master’s degree in a behavioral science or related field from an accredited institution and possess full, current, and unrestricted licensure (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT). Proficiency in electronic health records and strong written and verbal communication skills are essential. You should demonstrate cultural competence, sound clinical judgment, and the ability to maintain professional boundaries. A background check confirming eligibility to provide safe client care is required.
Preferred Experience
- Previous work in community mental health, private practice, or group settings
- Active insurance credentialing or paneling
- Fluency in multiple languages
- Specialty training or experience in a clinical area of focus

Compensation starts at $62,000 and reaches up to $80,000 annually, with a 401K plan featuring maximum employer match.
