We’re looking for Licensed and Certified Residential Appraisers to join a growing network of independent professionals. This role offers a flexible volume arrangement, allowing you to accept appraisal assignments based on your availability—starting at just five orders per month with no maximum cap.
What You’ll Do
- Choose and complete appraisal orders according to your schedule and capacity
- Conduct residential appraisals while retaining full independence over value conclusions and scope
- Work remotely from any location, as long as you can service assigned areas based on order availability
What We Require
- Current status as a Licensed Residential Appraiser or Certified Residential Appraiser
- Ability to maintain independent judgment without external influence

Compensation
You’ll receive a fee split that increases with monthly volume: higher completion rates lead to better splits. Certified Appraisers earn 60–64% and Licensed Appraisers earn 50–54%, based on the number of orders completed each month.
