Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is hiring a Lease Administration Assistant to join our Lease Administration team in Poland. In this role, you will maintain lease databases by obtaining portfolio information and reporting to clients and other JLL teams.
What You'll Do
- Provide administrative support for documents, scans, and letters collection.
- Track documents and invoices in appropriate tools.
- Upload documents and invoices into the system, local drive, or SharePoint.
- Perform database updates and clean ups based on instruction.
- Prepare database and financial reporting based on instruction.
- Support the financial management team with standard and non-standard tasks.
What We're Looking For
- Very good English language skills.
- Availability for at least 25-30 hours per week.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to think clearly and precisely.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
Nice to Have
- Another European language would be an asset.
- Some experience in database management would be an asset.
