What You'll Do
Work within a close-knit team to craft and lead learning experiences that genuinely shift how leaders and teams operate. You’ll design programmes that blend virtual, digital, and in-person elements, ensuring each touchpoint supports continuous development. Facilitate sessions with authenticity, guiding individuals and groups through meaningful growth journeys.
Use principles from behavioural psychology and learning science to build experiences that stick. Develop compelling narratives and structured flows that make complex ideas accessible and memorable. Continuously refine your approach based on feedback and observed outcomes, ensuring each iteration strengthens overall impact.
Collaborate with internal colleagues and external partners to deliver high-calibre solutions aligned with organisational goals. Help shape the future of learning by contributing to strategy, design, and delivery at scale.
