LHH is hiring a Learning Experience Designer for our Delivery Enablement team. In this role, you will blend graphic, motion media, and instructional design to produce visually engaging learning assets. You’ll create branded training videos, explainer videos, infographics, and eLearning modules that support internal enablement programs and elevate the candidate and customer experience.

What You'll Do

Collaborate cross-functionally with Delivery Enablement team members to design, iterate, and deliver multimedia content aligned with LHH brand standards.
Translate learning objectives into concise, learner-centered eLearning scripts using evidence-based practices, including narration, on-screen text, and interactive scenario dialogue.
Build interactive modules, scenarios, and microlearning in Articulate Storyline and Rise, publishing to SCORM/xAPI and collaborating on LMS deployment.
Work within an LMS to publish content, manage course settings, and monitor learner progress and completion data.
Adapt content through versioning and localization for different regions and languages.
Provide graphic and multimedia design support for Global and North America initiatives, contributing to visually engaging content for delivery teams.
Review quantitative and qualitative data on resource usage to refine training content for clarity, engagement, and usability.
Transform complex information and emerging trends into clear, accessible visual resources, adapting materials based on usage data and feedback.
Maintain visual consistency and accessibility across all content, ensuring compliance with brand, accessibility, and inclusivity standards.
Actively participate in team meetings and creative sessions, sharing prototypes and ideas to advance technology-driven delivery practices.
Partner with team members and stakeholders to champion professional development, upskilling, and digital credentials initiatives.
Apply strong problem-solving skills to adapt quickly and deliver high-quality work in resource-constrained environments.
