Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal teams and experts to assess training requirements and establish measurable learning outcomes.
- Develop comprehensive learning journeys, including objectives, curriculum flow, evaluation methods, and final course delivery.
- Transform complex operational guidelines and policies into accessible, easy-to-understand digital learning materials.
- Create interactive online training modules using Articulate Storyline, incorporating real-life scenarios and constructive feedback.
- Design and implement quizzes and assessments that evaluate knowledge retention and practical decision-making skills.
- Use visual design best practices to produce intuitive layouts, course visuals, and engaging interfaces using approved branding.
- Engage with subject matter specialists throughout the design and review process to maintain content precision and applicability.
- Coordinate with trainers to develop effective instructor-led and hybrid learning programs.
- Evaluate and revise current training content using learner feedback, performance metrics, and organizational updates.
- Stay current with internal systems, offerings, and procedures to ensure all learning materials remain accurate and applicable.
