This position supports the creation, implementation, and evaluation of learning initiatives that enhance employee skills and support company-wide development goals.
Responsibilities
- Assist in developing training materials for onboarding and professional development
- Support the coordination of learning sessions and workshops
- Gather and analyze feedback to improve training effectiveness
- Help maintain the learning management system with up-to-date content
- Collaborate with team members to align training with business objectives
- Track participant progress and completion rates
- Contribute to the planning of learning pathways for different roles
- Support internal communication around learning opportunities
- Assist in scheduling and logistics for training events
- Monitor engagement metrics for digital learning modules
- Work with subject matter experts to update course content
- Support the rollout of new learning programs
- Help onboard new trainers and facilitators
- Maintain records of training activities and attendance
- Identify opportunities to enhance learning accessibility
- Support translation and localization of training materials
- Assist in preparing reports on learning outcomes
- Help integrate feedback from participants into future iterations
- Participate in team meetings and development planning
- Stay informed about trends in learning technology and instructional design
- Support diversity and inclusion initiatives through training content
- Contribute to internal knowledge-sharing platforms
- Assist in benchmarking against industry learning practices
- Help ensure compliance with training requirements
- Support evaluation of training ROI and impact on performance
