This role provides a distinctive opportunity to apply data expertise in designing engaging online learning experiences. The Learning Designer will critically contribute to developing AI training workshops with measurable learner impact across individual contributors and executive levels, spanning technical and non-technical backgrounds. The ideal candidate will leverage adult learning and co-design principles to create evidence-based, user-centered, results-oriented content and activities. Based on employment and career development best practices, they will research, design, and refine learning experiences in data, AI, and technological domains. A successful Learning Designer collaborates closely with Operations, Account Management, instructors, and potential learners to ensure programs deliver impactful professional growth while achieving demonstrable client outcomes. A Day in the Life - Define learning objectives matching client requirements - Create comprehensive course outlines and content - Design activities aligned with learning goals - Develop instructional slides and guides for online training - Manage program content development from inception to completion - Track and communicate progress to stakeholders - Translate client strategic directions into curriculum requirements - Collaborate with experts to ensure effective design and implementation - Provide guidance on online learning best practices - Recommend content delivery methods based on learner profiles Your Expertise - 2-4 years Learning/Instructional Design experience - Project execution aligned with organizational goals - Comfort designing corporate AI training - Expertise in online learning course design - Adaptable to dynamic environments - Data-driven and results-oriented - Proactive communication skills - Self-aware and growth-minded - Excellent written communication We value diverse team perspectives and encourage unique skills and experiences.
