ConnectOS, certified as a Great Place to Work, is seeking a Learning and Development Specialist to support the design, implementation, and management of training programs for our AU offshoring operations. You will be responsible for assessing needs, coordinating logistics, and evaluating the impact of learning initiatives.
What You'll Do
- Assist in the design, scheduling, and delivery of training programs, workshops, and seminars, ensuring they meet organizational goals.
- Design and implement robust career path programs for employees, inclusive of individual development plans.
- Handle all logistical aspects of training sessions, including venue arrangements, materials preparation, and participant communication.
- Maintain accurate training records and documentation, tracking employee participation and progress in learning programs.
- Collect and analyze feedback from training participants to assess program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.
- Manage and update training materials, resources, and tools to ensure they are current and relevant.
- Prepare reports on training activities, participation, and outcomes to inform leadership on the impact of training initiatives.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in learning and development, integrating innovative approaches into training programs.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in a Customer Service or Learning and Development field.
- Experience in developing training modules.
- Ability to perform training on training development.
- Exceptional English, both verbal and written.
Nice to Have
- Experience in a Technical Industry as a Trainer.
