Join Hyundai Motor Group Metaplant America (HMGMA), the dedicated electric vehicle mass-production plant for Hyundai Motor Group. As a Learning and Development Operation Specialist, you will plan, develop, and operate training courses for both office and production workers, playing a key role in building the skills of our growing team.
What You'll Do
- Cooperate with QuickStart, major universities, and technical colleges.
- Develop training courses for office workers (Onboarding, leadership, communication) and production workers (Stamp, welding).
- Operate education courses, monitor training activity, and audit the system.
- Prepare education courses including scheduling, trainer coordination, invitations, training places, and equipment.
- Operate and support English education courses.
- Perform other occasional tasks/duties related to the job.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 0-3 years of relevant experience in Learning and Development.
- Experience with Microsoft Office products or equivalent applications.
- Extensive knowledge and experience in analyzing data and developing proposals.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.
Nice to Have
- Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English.
- Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL) certification or experience.
