About the Role
Lead full-cycle recruitment for go-to-market roles, build strong candidate pipelines, and partner with leadership to scale teams effectively while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end hiring processes for sales, marketing, and customer success positions
- Collaborate with department leaders to understand hiring needs and workforce planning
- Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to identify top talent
- Build relationships with underrepresented talent pools to support diversity goals
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments aligned with role requirements
- Serve as a talent advisor to hiring managers throughout the recruitment lifecycle
- Optimize candidate evaluation methods to improve hiring quality
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system
- Drive a positive and professional candidate experience from outreach to offer
- Identify trends in recruitment data to inform sourcing and hiring strategies
- Represent the company at industry events, career fairs, and networking functions
- Evaluate and recommend improvements to recruitment tools and processes
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
- Partner with HR on onboarding integration and new hire feedback
- Support employer branding initiatives to attract passive candidates
- Track and report key recruitment metrics to stakeholders
- Foster a culture of inclusion and equity in hiring practices
- Stay current on market trends and compensation benchmarks
- Scale recruitment operations during periods of rapid growth
- Mentor junior team members on best practices in talent acquisition
