About the Role
The Lead UX Designer will own the end-to-end user experience for key product areas, driving design innovation while mentoring a growing design team and collaborating closely with product and engineering stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design vision and execution across multiple product features and workflows
- Conduct user research to uncover pain points and validate design solutions
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs for desktop and web applications
- Define and maintain a consistent design system and UX patterns
- Collaborate with product managers to translate business requirements into intuitive interfaces
- Present design concepts and rationale to cross-functional teams and leadership
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to design team processes and best practices
- Evaluate usability through testing and iterate based on feedback
- Ensure accessibility and inclusivity standards are met in all design deliverables
- Work within agile development cycles to deliver timely, user-centered solutions
- Advocate for the end user throughout the product development lifecycle
- Analyze competitor products and industry trends to inform design decisions
- Document design processes and decisions for team alignment
- Balance user needs with technical constraints and business goals
- Drive consistency in interaction models and visual language across platforms
