Responsibilities
- Engage with business analysts and end users to identify data requirements and reporting needs.
- Perform data analysis and profiling across multiple source systems to assess quality and structure.
- Create and document logical and physical data models using dimensional modeling methods.
- Collaborate with technical and functional teams to review and refine data models.
- Communicate business intelligence designs and solutions to developers, analysts, QA staff, and users.
- Ensure adherence to established standards for data modeling and integration.
- Lead the development and adoption of new business intelligence standards and processes.
- Gather and analyze data to form actionable insights and address user requirements.
- Design conceptual architectures and technical solutions for data and reporting systems.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to less experienced team members.
- Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication abilities.
