Responsibilities
- Build and maintain monitoring and alerting infrastructure to support service availability and performance.
- Work with development teams to enhance system reliability and architecture using automation and scalable solutions.
- Lead incident investigations, identify root causes, and implement fixes to prevent future issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as engineering, computer science, or applied sciences from an accredited institution.
- 5 to 8 years of professional experience in site reliability engineering or a closely related role.
- Solid understanding of cloud platforms, container technologies, and orchestration systems.
- Proficient in scripting with languages like Python or Bash.
- Hands-on experience with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or equivalent.

- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Background in DevOps methodologies and associated tooling.
