Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture and implementation of large, distributed front-end systems.

- Promote a performance-driven engineering culture by applying industry best practices.
- Enforce coding standards and keep current with evolving technologies and front-end trends.
- Participate in strategic conversations about future technology directions and development methodologies.
- Support the growth and skill development of team members through coaching and knowledge sharing.
