About the team & technology You'll join a developing product team during a critical scaling phase. You'll work alongside technology-passionate engineers, with opportunities to substantially influence team culture, processes, and organizational practices. We implement weekly planning using a lean methodology (combining Kanban and eXtreme Programming), enabling multiple daily deployments and rapid feedback cycles. We embrace a data-driven philosophy, utilizing insights to guide decisions from user story prioritization to company strategy. We strongly advocate for observability and close monitoring of product performance. Our platform comprises multiple services (primarily Elixir-based, with transitioning Ruby services), interconnected via APIs and RabbitMQ, with data stored in Postgresql and redis. All services operate on Kubernetes and Google Cloud. Current project focus We're developing lead qualification systems across communication channels, tracking interactions in our Single Customer View. Alongside increasing data processing volumes, we're designing platform improvements to handle existing and anticipated workloads efficiently. We're completing migration to our custom style guide using Phoenix Components and refining product features, remaining open to technological exploration.
