Lead SMM ManagerWe're seeking a strategic and creative leader to shape and execute social media strategies that drive measurable growth across global platforms. You'll be responsible for building engaging digital experiences that resonate with diverse audiences, using data and AI to inform content innovation and distribution.
What You'll Do
- Design and manage integrated organic and paid social strategies that align with business KPIs
- Produce and supervise high-performing photo and video content optimized for virality and platform-specific trends
- Apply AI-powered tools to develop novel content formats and improve storytelling efficiency
- Grow active communities by tailoring content to algorithmic preferences and audience behaviors
- Track engagement, reach, follower growth, CTR, and conversion metrics to refine ongoing campaigns
- Partner with brand and performance teams to ensure social initiatives support revenue and user acquisition goals
Requirements
- Proven track record managing social media for large digital brands or products with global audiences
- Strong grasp of marketing analytics and ability to link social performance to business outcomes
- Hands-on experience producing viral content, including photo and video production
- Proficiency with AI-based content tools and emerging digital workflows
- Experience scaling reach and engagement through influencer collaborations and algorithm optimization
- Familiarity with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social
- Advanced English communication skills (C1 or higher) for clear, persuasive messaging
