Paired is hiring a Lead / Senior Data Analytics Manager to step into a role with the strategic ownership and scope of a Head of Data for our growing DTC e-commerce brand. You will be the driving force behind data-informed decision-making across marketing, product, retention, finance, supply chain, and customer experience, establishing robust data foundations, defining company-wide metrics, and turning data into predictive, actionable insights.
What You'll Do
- Design and implement the company’s KPI framework to ensure all teams operate from a shared understanding of performance.
- Define company-wide KPIs aligned to revenue, retention, contribution margin, and cash flow, establishing a single source of truth.
- Align marketing, retention, operations, CX, and finance around shared metrics and ensure every department understands how their actions impact company-level outcomes.
- Develop predictive models for LTV, churn, CAC efficiency, inventory needs, and cash flow, identifying leading indicators that signal performance shifts.
- Translate forecasts into actionable insights and build early-warning systems for issues such as retention decline or margin compression.
- Lead weekly cross-functional KPI review meetings, working with department heads to track progress, surface risks, and ensure follow-through on action items.
- Design measurement frameworks for marketing tests, pricing experiments, and retention strategies, ensuring evaluations are statistically rigorous.
- Own and improve the company’s data stack, including BI tools, data warehouse, and integrations, improving automation and reducing manual processes.
- Partner with operations and engineering teams to integrate real-time insights into workflows.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in data analytics, data science, or business intelligence.
- Strong understanding of core DTC metrics such as CAC, LTV, cohort analysis, retention, contribution margin, and marketing efficiency.
- Proven experience building predictive models and forecasting frameworks that inform strategic decision-making.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools, plus experience using programming languages like Python or R.
- Experience working with modern data stacks (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, dbt, Looker, Tableau or similar BI platforms).
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with leadership teams across marketing, finance, operations, and product.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex data insights into clear business recommendations.
- Experience leading KPI reviews or performance reporting processes across multiple departments.
Nice to Have
- Experience preferably within DTC, e-commerce, or consumer brands.
- Experience in a high-growth startup or DTC environment is highly preferred.

Benefits & Compensation
- Salary range: $100,000 and $130,000 per year.
