Societe Generale is hiring a Lead Quality Assurance Engineer to ensure the quality and functionality of applications configured within the ServiceNow platform. In this role, you will be instrumental in validating our digital workplace solutions and their interactions with the broader SG information system.
What You'll Do
- Define the test strategy in collaboration with the project team.
- Validate application functionality configured or customized within the ServiceNow platform.
- Review and interpret technical and functional specifications.
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and scripts for functional and regression testing.
- Identify, document, and track defects, collaborating with ServiceNow and SG application teams to resolve issues.
- Ensure quality standards are met prior to all releases and deployments.
- Automate test case execution as much as possible, as early as possible in the development lifecycle.
- Advocate for best practices in testing and quality assurance throughout the development lifecycle.
