PSI CRO is looking for a Lead Project Manager to manage clinical research projects and perform corporate and departmental assignments. In this role, you will ensure project deliverables meet quality standards, are delivered on time and on budget, while also contributing to team leadership and business development.
What You'll Do
- Manage small (<5 countries/limited services) and medium (5-15 countries/full service) projects under general supervision.
- Perform project co-manager role in complex international projects or programs.
- Adhere to and promote principles of delivery and service for PSI customers.
- Provide project team leadership.
- Train, mentor, and coach study team members.
- Participate in feasibility research.
- Assist in business development tasks, including proposals, client presentations, and bid defense meetings.
- Implement company standard practices and comply with intradepartmental procedures.
What We're Looking For
- At least 5 years of industry experience in clinical research.
- At least 2 years of project-level clinical project management experience, including management of all project phases from startup to closure.
Nice to Have
- Experience in radiopharmaceutical studies.
