Hike is looking for a Lead Product Designer to drive design strategy and execution for the Hike Gaming Universe. You will partner directly with the Design Head to elevate design quality and deliver high-impact product experiences that delight our customers.
What You'll Do
- Partner with the Design Head to drive impact and raise the bar on design excellence.
- Own strategic and tactical design outputs aligned with business goals.
- Use interactive design thinking to build user-first interfaces that evolve with user needs.
- Apply deep expertise in visual and UX design across the entire product lifecycle.
- Contribute to and evolve our design system for consistency and optimal experience.
- Continuously explore how AI and automation can enhance productivity and design outcomes.
- Experiment with new design tools and workflows, including AI, to accelerate speed, quality, and creativity.
- Work with Business, Product, and Engineering teams to deliver delightful user experiences.
- Manage stakeholder expectations by applying the right UX tools and methods.
- Be an active part of a collaborative, growth-oriented design team.
- Present vision clearly, align cross-functional teams, and influence decisions through design clarity.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience designing customer-facing apps with strong fundamentals across UI/UX, systems thinking, and interaction design.
- Strong creative sensibility with a portfolio that reflects original thinking, emotional resonance, and end-to-end product craft.
- High-agency mindset with a proven ability to lead complex projects from concept to launch, navigating ambiguity with speed and clarity.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder alignment skills — able to simplify complexity and present design vision effectively.
- Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact product experiences.
- Data-informed mindset with experience building products that balance business goals and user needs.
- Curious about emerging tech like AI and Web3, and experimental with tools, workflows, and design trends.
Team & Environment
You will report directly to the Design Head and be an active part of a collaborative, growth-oriented design team.
Work Mode
