Agent is looking for a Lead Product Designer to own the design end-to-end for a core web application at a travel and AI startup. This highly product-focused role requires strategic thinking to turn complex systems into simple experiences. You will work closely with founders and engineers to shape the product roadmap and help build the design culture.
What You'll Do
- Own design end-to-end for the product, from early ideation to final UI
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and leadership
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- Build and maintain a scalable design system
- Translate user needs into intuitive, delightful product experiences
- Contribute to product strategy and participate in roadmap planning
- Help drive a high standard for product quality and usability
- Occasionally travel to the U.S. for team offsites or product sprints
What We're Looking For
- 6+ years of experience in product design
- Strong portfolio showcasing web app projects
- Strong UX and UI fundamentals
- Ability to create clean, modern, intuitive interfaces
- Mastery of Figma and modern design tools
- Comfortable working independently and wearing multiple hats
- Strong product intuition and a generalist mindset
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Passion for travel or curiosity about it
Nice to Have
- Experience designing in fast-paced startup environments
- 0→1 startup experience
- Experience working on AI-driven products or consumer applications
