Responsibilities
- Lead the creation and implementation of partnership strategies to support business expansion
- Manage end-to-end lifecycle of key external relationships
- Identify and pursue new collaboration opportunities with industry stakeholders
- Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements with clear performance metrics
- Serve as primary liaison between internal teams and external partners
- Monitor partner performance and ensure delivery against agreed objectives
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives to integrate partner offerings
- Develop frameworks for evaluating partnership success and ROI
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of partnership activities and outcomes
- Align partnership goals with company-wide strategic priorities
- Drive regular business reviews with partner organizations
- Escalate and resolve operational or strategic issues with partners
- Support go-to-market efforts for co-branded initiatives
- Provide insights on market trends affecting partnership landscape
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in agreements
- Work closely with legal and finance teams during contract processes
- Represent the organization in external partnership forums
- Optimize internal processes for onboarding and managing partners
- Gather and analyze feedback from partners to improve collaboration
- Maintain a pipeline of potential future partnership opportunities
