About the Role
Lead the development and deployment of machine learning models, guide technical direction, and mentor engineers while ensuring scalable and efficient AI solutions.
Responsibilities
- Define architecture for machine learning pipelines and model serving infrastructure
- Lead end-to-end development of ML models from prototyping to production
- Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to integrate AI features
- Optimize models for latency, accuracy, and computational efficiency
- Establish best practices for data labeling, versioning, and model evaluation
- Mentor junior team members in ML techniques and software design
- Evaluate new AI tools, frameworks, and research for practical adoption
- Monitor model performance and implement retraining strategies
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards
- Drive automation of ML workflows to reduce manual intervention
- Work closely with product teams to align AI capabilities with user needs
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in live machine learning systems
- Document system designs and share technical insights across teams
- Contribute to cross-functional planning for AI roadmap prioritization
- Maintain awareness of industry trends in deep learning and NLP
