Xenium AG is hiring a Lead IT Consultant (m/w/d) to take on leadership responsibilities in consulting projects for clients across Germany and Austria. You will act as a key interface between business units and IT, drive strategic initiatives, and help shape the future of the company.
What You'll Do
- Take on technical, methodological, and organizational leadership tasks in consulting projects, acting as the interface between business units and IT.
- Drive projects forward in strategy, process design, business and IT architecture, or project management in close collaboration with project teams and clients.
- Accompany change processes in projects and organizations, such as Agile Transformation.
- Acquire follow-up projects independently and support in winning new customers to contribute decisively to company growth.
- Lead project teams of up to 15 people and act as a sparring partner for team members.
- Develop Xenium as a company and employer further with innovative ideas.
What We're Looking For
- University degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Technology, Industrial Engineering, Engineering Sciences, Geoinformatics, Physics, Mathematics, or a similar field.
- Relevant professional experience in IT consulting and in leadership roles as an architect or project manager in IT projects.
- Analytical and conceptual thinking with clear and precise communication.
- Secure communication in German and English.
- Willingness to be on-site with the project team at the client's location an average of 1-2 days per week (project assignments possible throughout the DACH region).

Work Mode
