Responsibilities
- Place outbound calls to businesses to verify key information such as contact names, business addresses, industry types, and decision-makers
- Perform lead scrubbing by cleaning and updating records in the CRM system
- Research and add new, qualified leads that meet the company’s ideal customer profile
- Maintain data integrity by ensuring lead details are accurate and consistently updated
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to support prospecting and outreach strategies
- Generate reports on lead accuracy and scrubbing progress
Requirements
- Strong communication and phone skills; comfortable making outbound calls to verify business information
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Experience with CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and online data research
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet daily/weekly goals
- Education: High school diploma required
- Experience: 1–2 years in lead generation, sales support, outbound calling, or data management
- Fluent spoken and written English
Nice to Have
- Prior experience in cold calling, lead generation, CRM management, or data entry
