Renewal by Andersen is hiring a Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities within the Central Indiana market, directly contributing to our growth pipeline.
What You'll Do
- Research and identify prospective leads for window and door replacement projects
- Initiate contact with potential customers to qualify interest and schedule consultations
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads using our CRM system
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align on targeting and strategy
- Track and report on lead generation metrics and campaign effectiveness
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a lead generation, inside sales, or business development role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for initiating customer conversations
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to work independently
- Residence within the Central Indiana area
Work Mode
This is a remote position based in the Carmel, IN area. Candidates must reside within the Central Indiana region to be considered.
