Requirements
- 3 to 5 or more years of experience in managing digital advertising campaigns, ad operations, or media operations environments
- Demonstrated track record overseeing more than 10 active campaigns simultaneously through all stages from launch to reporting
- Hands-on experience using lead generation platforms such as LeadsPedia or Google Campaign Manager, or equivalent tools
- Proficiency with landing page creation tools including Unbounce, Instapage, Leadpages, or similar platforms
- Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets, including complex formulas, pivot tables, dashboards, and pacing models
- Solid grasp of digital pricing models including cost-per-action, cost-per-click, and cost-per-thousand impressions and their impact on delivery and profitability
- Proven experience coordinating with external media partners and third-party vendors
Nice to Have
- Background managing lead gen initiatives in regulated or high-consideration industries such as healthcare, pharmaceuticals, finance, or education
- Working knowledge of programmatic advertising systems like Throttle, Beeswax, or The Trade Desk
- Basic understanding of HTML and JavaScript for implementing tracking tags and evaluating web page structure
- Experience responding to RFPs and managing insertion orders in digital media campaigns
Required
- 3–5+ years in digital campaign management, ad operations, or media operations.
- Proven ability to manage 10+ concurrent campaigns across the full lifecycle.
- Experience with campaign platforms (LeadsPedia, Google Campaign Manager, or similar).
- Strong working knowledge of landing page builders (Unbounce, Instapage, Leadpages, or similar).
- Advanced Excel/Sheets — formulas, pivot tables, dashboards, pacing infrastructure.
- Deep understanding of CPA, CPC, CPM pricing and how each affects delivery, margin, and revenue.
- Experience managing media partner and vendor relationships.
Preferred
- Experience with lead generation in healthcare, pharma, financial services, education, or other regulated/high-consideration verticals.
- Familiarity with programmatic platforms (Throttle, Beeswax, The Trade Desk).
- Basic HTML/JavaScript literacy for tag placement and page structure.
- RFP response and IO management experience in digital media.
