About the Role
The Technical Contract Analyst will manage technology-focused contracts, ensuring they meet legal, financial, and operational standards while supporting seamless delivery of services and solutions.
Responsibilities
- Review and analyze technology contracts for accuracy and completeness
- Ensure contractual terms align with company policies and legal standards
- Collaborate with legal and procurement departments during contract negotiations
- Maintain contract documentation and tracking systems
- Identify potential risks in agreements and recommend mitigation strategies
- Support contract lifecycle management from initiation to renewal
- Interpret technical specifications within vendor agreements
- Communicate contract terms to internal stakeholders
- Monitor compliance with contractual obligations
- Assist in standardizing contract templates for efficiency
- Evaluate vendor proposals for contractual feasibility
- Track key milestones and deliverables in active contracts
- Escalate non-standard terms to appropriate teams for review
- Ensure data privacy and security clauses meet regulatory requirements
- Provide input on pricing models and service level agreements
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive contract information
- Coordinate with project managers on contract-driven deliverables
- Assist in audits related to contract adherence
- Summarize complex agreements into accessible summaries
- Support onboarding of new vendors through contract finalization
