DaCodes seeks a Lead Full-Stack Engineer to define system architecture, establish development standards, and build features using TypeScript, React, and Supabase. You will be responsible for technical strategy, mentoring developers, and collaborating closely with Product and Design teams. This role is central to guiding our engineering direction and delivering high-quality technical solutions.
What You'll Do
- Define and lead the product's overall system architecture and technical strategy.
- Establish development standards and best practices to guide the engineering team.
- Design, build, and ship full-stack features using TypeScript, React, and Supabase.
- Partner closely with Product and Design teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Mentor and coach developers to foster their technical and professional growth.
What We're Looking For
- Proven expertise in TypeScript and React.
- Strong background in full-stack development and scalable architecture design.
- Previous experience leading technical teams and driving engineering initiatives.
- Self-starter with high ownership, autonomy, and a proactive mindset.
- Intermediate to advanced English for collaboration with multicultural teams.
- Availability for remote work aligned with LATAM time zones.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with IAM/SSO integrations.
- Hands-on experience with Supabase or comparable backend-as-a-service solutions.
