Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of user interfaces
- Collaborate with product managers to define feature requirements
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews
- Ensure high performance and responsiveness across devices
- Translate design mockups into functional code
- Maintain consistency in UI components and design systems
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
- Work closely with UX designers to refine interactions
- Drive front-end best practices and coding standards
- Evaluate and integrate new front-end technologies
- Troubleshoot and debug complex interface issues
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility
- Implement accessible and inclusive design patterns
- Support product testing and QA processes
- Participate in agile planning and sprint reviews
