Responsibilities
- Independently translate ambiguous business requirements into technical solutions, eliminating the need for senior management to 'filter the noise.'
- Design and implement complex, accessible UI components and data-heavy dashboards using React and TypeScript.
- Ensure total reliability by maintaining high test coverage (90%+) using Jest, React Testing Library, and Cypress.
- Audit and validate complex data structures coming from GraphQL/REST APIs to ensure the integrity of analytical reporting.
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate boilerplate tasks while maintaining strict, human-led control over software architecture and code quality.
- Collaborate with backend teams, using a basic understanding of the server-side stack to assist in full-traceability debugging.

Additional Information
- This role is a direct contract with Inallmedia.com.
- All interviews, technical assessments, documentation, and daily communication will be conducted strictly in English.
- Candidates must be based in LATAM and available for a significant overlap with US business hours (Central Time).
