USA01 - USA Automotive seeks a Lead Engineer to spearhead the development and deployment of machine learning models and AI solutions. You will be responsible for designing automation, building robust ML pipelines, implementing MLOps practices, and mentoring junior engineers to advance the company's AI initiatives.

What You'll Do

Develop automation design and structure automation packaging.
Develop machine learning models & algorithms, selecting appropriate datasets and data representation methods.
Build scalable machine learning pipelines and deploy AI solutions.
Implement and maintain MLOps practices for continuous integration/delivery, monitoring, and model alerting.
Create containerization and orchestration using Docker.
Lead design discussions and mentor junior and mid-level engineers on cloud architecture principles and GCP technologies.
Develop and perform machine learning test cases/suites.
Develop Case managers and NLP solutions using Pega and explore open source tools.
Manage and direct research and development processes to meet the needs of our AI strategy.
Work with engineering and leadership teams on the functional design, process design, prototyping, testing, and training of AI/ML solutions.
Advise leaders on technology, strategy, and policy issues related to AI/ML.

What We're Looking For

Hands-on knowledge in machine learning, deep learning, TensorFlow, NLP, and PyTorch.
Must have Python and SQL, with very strong coding skills.
Expertise in REST API development, NoSQL design, and RDBMS design.
Deep hands-on experience with key GCP services including Compute Engine, Cloud Functions, Cloud App Engine, and Cloud Run.
Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code technologies like Terraform and CloudFormation.
Experience in PRPC or Pega Robotics.
Understanding of functional design principles, object-oriented programming principles, and basic algorithms.
Proficiency writing code in Python, Java, or .Net.
Proficiency with Python and basic libraries for machine learning such as scikit-learn and pandas.
Knowledge in Text mining & classification.

Nice to Have

API, microservice, and public cloud experience.
DevOps and Security guard rails knowledge.
Cloud services experience.
Certification over AI/ML.
Certification over GCP.
